ER Consultant- Contract role
ASAP start
We're looking for experienced ER experts to join a London based client on a contract basis to support them through a significant period of change. You will work closely with an established ER function on their BAU activity, but also provide support at a time of change and transformation.
What you will be doing:
- Manage complex, high-risk ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, investigations).
- Provide case management support and guidance in line with employment law and policies.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, HR, legal teams, and trade unions.
- Deliver expert ER advice to influence decision-making and manage risks.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal governance.
- Be a go to for critical escalation.
- Stay up to date with changes in Employment Law, working closely with the Legal team.
- Lead ER contributions to change initiatives like restructures and redundancies.

- Significant ER experience at the most senior level, including employment tribunals (Over 10 years)
- Experience in a Unionised environment would be a real asset
- Demonstratable leadership, and people management
- TUPE and change management
