Lead Employee Relations and People Operations
Lead Employee Relations and People Operations activities across a multi-site organisation, acting as the first point of contact for complex ER matters while supporting policy, governance, compliance and operational improvement. You'll partner with managers and senior stakeholders to deliver a consistent, high-quality people service.

Description
- Acting as the lead contact for complex Employee Relations matters
- Coaching and supporting managers through disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability cases
- Overseeing people processes across the full employee lifecycle
- Maintaining and developing HR policies, procedures and governance frameworks
- Supporting risk, compliance and regulatory activities, including SMCR requirements
- Analysing people data and trends to drive continuous improvement
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience
Profile
- Strong Employee Relations background
- Experience within HR Operations, Shared Services or People Partnering
- Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Experience within a regulated environment would be advantageous
- SMCR experience would be beneficial

Job Offer
- Salary up to £53,000
- Hybrid working (50% office based)
