Lead Employee Relations and People Operations

Lead Employee Relations and People Operations activities across a multi-site organisation, acting as the first point of contact for complex ER matters while supporting policy, governance, compliance and operational improvement. You'll partner with managers and senior stakeholders to deliver a consistent, high-quality people service.

Description

  • Acting as the lead contact for complex Employee Relations matters
  • Coaching and supporting managers through disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability cases
  • Overseeing people processes across the full employee lifecycle
  • Maintaining and developing HR policies, procedures and governance frameworks
  • Supporting risk, compliance and regulatory activities, including SMCR requirements
  • Analysing people data and trends to drive continuous improvement
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience

Profile

  • Strong Employee Relations background
  • Experience within HR Operations, Shared Services or People Partnering
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Experience within a regulated environment would be advantageous
  • SMCR experience would be beneficial
