Employee Relations Transformation Partner

Are you an expert in Employee Relations? Do you love AI, digital transformation and coaching line managers on all things ER? Then we have the perfect role for you!! One of our favourite clients is seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Employee Relations Transformation Partner to lead the charge in redefining how employee relations are delivered. This is your chance to blend your expertise with digital innovation and AI to create a modern workplace that empowers managers and enhances employee experience!

Location: Central London

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days per week in-office)

Contract Type: 12-month fixed term contract (potentially to be extended!)

Salary: £55,000

As the Employee Relations Transformation Partner, you will:

  • Transform the traditional employee relations approach by developing a hybrid model that combines human expertise with AI, automation, and data insights.
  • Empower managers with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to handle employee relations matters proactively and independently.
  • Collaborate closely with our Learning & Workforce Capability team and an outsourced HR Advisory provider to enhance the overall employee relations landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on complex employee relations matters, ensuring best practices are followed and delivering expert advice.
  • Design and implement manager development programmes that focus on building capability in handling employee relations.
  • Introduce innovative AI solutions to streamline processes and improve manager support.
  • Maintain the ER policy framework to ensure compliance and alignment with organisational values.
  • Engage with stakeholders to foster positive relationships and support effective decision-making across the organisation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Significant experience managing complex employee relations matters (TUPEs, redundancies/restructures, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and ACAS guidance
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to design and deliver impactful learning interventions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and a passion for leveraging AI tools in HR
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • A CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience is essential
