Erasmus+ Associate Business Partner
Duration: 4 months

Role Purpose
Join our team to help lead the stand-up, rollout, and embedding of a 150+ FTE workforce for the Erasmus+ Programme. You will work closely with programme directors, senior leaders, and specialist HR teams to deliver project-based people initiatives, coordinate workforce planning, and manage dependencies to hit key deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Workforce Delivery: Partner with leadership to plan, coordinate, and embed a new 150+ FTE team across various UK program sectors.
- HR Coordination: Collaborate with specialist HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Reward, ER, Learning & Performance) to drive seamless recruitment and onboarding.
- Project Management: Track action plans, manage dependencies, monitor risks, and report progress directly to the People Business Partner.
- Stakeholder Management: Provide advice and build strong relationships with senior leaders, challenging constructively to guide workforce decisions.
- Data Insights: Use HR data and operational insight to spot trends, resolve delivery issues, and optimize workforce plans.

- Proven track record in an HR Business Partnering or HR Project Delivery role.
- Demonstrated experience with programme discipline (tracking deliverables, dependency mapping, and risk escalation).
- Experience managing multiple senior stakeholders and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with specialist HR units (Recruitment, ER, Reward).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
