The Role
Are you ready to shape the future of the online Beer & Cider category? As our eRetail Omnichannel lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth for our brands and supporting our customers via their online stores. Together with your team, you will be responsible for anything online for all the big grocery multiple retailers and wholesalers in the UK. From creating compelling visuals and online campaigns to driving category growth for the online Beer & Cider category. By leveraging data-driven insights and building strong relationships, you’ll develop collaborative strategies that align with commercial priorities and deliver impactful results. Duties & Responsibilities
- Data-Driven Insights: Turn complex data into actionable strategies, using shopper research and market trends to drive category growth for the online channel
- Building Partnerships: Forge trusted relationships with key customers, acting as their go-to partner for anything online on Beer & Cider
- Thought Leadership: Shape the future of the online Beer & Cider category through innovative thinking and compelling category visions.
- Leading a team: Leading a team of 2 individuals, all with their own set of customers
- Strategy: Design and deliver the end-to-end strategy for all of our omnichannel eRetail customers
- Campaigns and activation: Together with the team, you are responsible for executing our game plan online in all our key retailers and wholesalers
Who we’re looking for
- A strategic thinker with proven eRetail experience and a passion for driving growth.
- A leader who has proven experience in leading a team
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to transform large datasets into meaningful insights and translate this in a meaningful way to your customers
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen and a deep understanding of shopper behaviour and market trends.
- Someone driven, results-oriented, and ready to dream big alongside a dynamic team.
- Minimum of a 2:1 degree in a relevant discipline/subject area or equivalent work experience
