Moderne vinificatie met temperatuur gecontroleerde vergisting.
Rijping op meerjarig Frans eiken barriques gedurende 12 maanden.
Een hartig meesterwerk: Bordeaux rood van kleur medium intens en wellicht iets meer geëvolueerd in kleur dan verwacht van zijn nog jonge leeftijd. In de neus complex met gestoofd fruit, aards met een lichte droptoon, en impressies van dry aged beef.
In de mond rijk en vullend met rijpe tannine. Rondeur met een pittig accent.
Heerlijk bij rood vleesgerechten, stoofpotjes, barbecue……
