About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Transformation, the ERP Application Support Analyst plays a key role in supporting AerFin's Quantum ERP platform and associated business systems.
This position is focused on investigating system and data issues, supporting business users, and ensuring the reliable operation of critical systems across the organisation. Working closely with users and technical teams, you'll use your Oracle SQL knowledge and understanding of Java-based applications to troubleshoot problems, resolve incidents and improve system performance.
This is an ERP and application support role, not a software development position.
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working directly with users and helping systems and processes run effectively.
What You'll Be Doing
ERP & Application Support
- Provide day-to-day support for AerFin's Quantum ERP platform.
- Investigate and resolve user issues, incidents and service requests.
- Analyse business processes, system behaviour and data issues to identify root causes.
- Support ERP data management activities, including validation, troubleshooting and process guidance.
- Work with users to ensure systems are being used effectively and in line with established processes.
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams or external vendors where appropriate.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
