Role
Career-defining Business Analyst opportunity to join a global retail organisation embarking on a significant Tier-1 SaaS ERP implementation that will fundamentally transform how the business operates. This is a multi-year, business-critical programme and arguably the largest transformation in the organisation's history.
ERP implementation, multi-site, 10,000+ end-users, global. Best suited to someone from Retail, Logistics, Supply Chain, Wholesale, Distribution or another product-based organisation with stores and/or distribution centres. (Not suited to Financial Services or Public Sector backgrounds.)
This isn't just another Business Analyst role. You'll be at the heart of the programme, partnering with business stakeholders, technology teams and implementation partners to understand how the organisation operates today and help shape how it will operate tomorrow. You'll play a leading role in ensuring the ERP solution delivers genuine business value across the organisation.
The Opportunity
You'll work across the full programme lifecycle, engaging stakeholders, facilitating workshops, capturing requirements and helping design future-state business processes that underpin a modern, enterprise-wide ERP platform.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
