🚀 ERP Business Development Manager | Manufacturing & Distribution
📍 UK – Hybrid / Remote
💰 £60,000–£75,000 Basic + Uncapped OTE
Are you an experienced ERP Sales / Business Development professional with a track record of selling ERP solutions into Manufacturing and Distribution businesses?
We’re partnering with a growing ERP solutions provider looking to appoint an ambitious ERP Business Development Manager to drive new customer acquisition across the UK.
The opportunity
You’ll take ownership of developing and closing new ERP opportunities, working with manufacturers and distributors looking to transform their business systems, operations and supply chain.
You'll be responsible for:
- Generating and developing new ERP opportunities
- Selling into Manufacturing & Distribution organisations
- Managing the full sales cycle – prospecting through to close
- Engaging C-Level, IT, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain stakeholders
- Running discovery and understanding complex business requirements
- Working with Pre-Sales and Consulting teams on demonstrations and proposals
- Building and maintaining a strong new-business pipeline

What we're looking for
- Proven ERP / Enterprise Software sales experience
- MUST have sold into Manufacturing and/or Distribution customers
- Strong new-business / hunter mentality
- Experience managing complex, consultative software sales cycles
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and closing ERP deals
Experience selling solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central, Epicor, Infor, NetSuite, Sage X3, SAP, IFS, SYSPRO, QAD, Acumatica or Forterro would be highly relevant.
