ERP Business Development Manager Yorkshire (1 day per week in the office) | Northern England Focus £40,000 - £50,000 Basic Salary + £30,000 - £40,000 Commission (OTE £70,000 - £90,000)
Chapman Tate Associates are delighted to be partnering with a leading ERP solutions provider as they look to appoint an experienced ERP Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across Northern England.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with experience selling ERP software and services to join a growing ERP partner with an excellent reputation in the market.
The Role
As ERP Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new ERP opportunities across a range of industries. Working closely with pre-sales and delivery teams, you will manage the sales cycle from initial engagement through to contract negotiation and close.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business opportunities across the North of England.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including Finance Directors, Managing Directors, and Operations leaders.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close.
- Deliver compelling ERP solution presentations and demonstrations alongside technical teams.
- Develop strategic account plans to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with marketing, pre-sales, and implementation teams.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM records.
About You
- Proven experience in a Business Development Manager, Account Executive, or ERP Sales role.
- Previous experience selling ERP software solutions through an ERP partner or software vendor.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing a territory independently.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Northern England.

What's On Offer?
- Basic salary of £40,000 - £50,000
- Uncapped commission with realistic earnings of £30,000 - £40,000
