Become an ERP Change Manager
As ERP Change Manager, you will lead the change and adoption workstream within a complex, enterprise-wide ERP transformation programme.
Reporting to the Head of ERP Delivery, you will be accountable for ensuring the business is ready, engaged and able to successfully adopt new systems and ways of working. You will translate programme delivery into practical, people-focused change, embedding new behaviours and processes to ensure the ERP programme delivers sustained business impact and long-term value.
Your Mission
- Design and execute the change framework for the ERP programme, ensuring a structured and effective approach to delivering business-wide transformation.
- Partner with business leaders and workstream teams to land change effectively within their functions, ensuring clarity, ownership and alignment at every stage.
- Define and embed business readiness frameworks, including change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping and readiness criteria to support key stage gates such as UAT and Go Live.
- Drive adoption and engagement, identifying areas of risk and resistance and working proactively with teams to ensure successful adoption and long-term behaviour change.
- Develop and deliver a clear communications approach, working with Communications and Strategic Delivery teams to articulate the “what’s in it for me” and ensure consistent messaging across the business.
- Support the design of future ways of working, including SOPs, RACI and process design, partnering with Business Analysts and Workstream Leads to embed sustainable change.
- Enable capability building, shaping the training strategy and working with programme teams to ensure colleagues are ready to operate effectively in the new environment, utilising Talent Development support where required and agreed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
