ERP Change Manager
We're supporting a leading manufacturing organisation embarking on a major Infor LN ERP transformation programme and are looking for an experienced ERP Change Manager to lead the people side of the change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the change management work stream for a large-scale Infor LN ERP implementation
- Develop and execute change, communications, engagement, and training strategies
- Conduct change impact assessments and business readiness activities
- Support testing, cutover, and go-live activities from a business change perspective
- Manage resistance and drive user adoption across the programme

Essential Experience
- Proven experience delivering multiple ERP implementations as the Change Manager
- Prosci Change Management certification (essential)
- Experience working within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or operational environments
- Ability to operate across executive, programme, and end-user levels

- Previous experience of Infor LN
