BPO Consultant (ERP Implementation)

Location: UK-wide, flexible working with around 30% travel to client sites

Salary: £80,000+ benefits

Have you led ERP implementations from the first discovery workshop through to go-live? Would you like to do it with a brand-new cloud platform?

Our client, an established ERP software provider, has recently launched a new cloud-based ERP platform. They're looking for an experienced implementation consultant to help their customers get the most from it.

The Role

As a BPO Consultant, you'll guide customers through the implementation and roll-out of the company's software. You'll work closely with fellow consultants to design the overall solution, including workflows, process definitions, integrations, reports, and data migrations.

For customers, you'll be a trusted guide. You'll set clear expectations, keep timelines on track, and make sure the finished solution is well documented and solves real business problems.

What You'll Do

  • Run customer discovery workshops to capture, analyse and document business requirements
  • Design and configure system solutions, and present them clearly to drive user adoption
  • Write functional and technical specifications covering configuration, reporting, customisation, and integration
  • Help build implementation plans and schedules, and manage several go-lives at once without dropping standards
  • Create test plans, carry out solution testing, and support data conversion and integrations
  • Produce user guides and training materials, and deliver training sessions
  • Provide first-level consulting and support during live implementations, both remotely and on site
  • Spot and resolve issues that could affect a project's success
  • Work with the Professional Services team to keep improving processes
  • Submit weekly status reports, timesheets, and expenses

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
