ERP Customer Success Manager

Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Hampshire

Working arrangement: Hybrid (minimum three days per week in the office)

Salary: £45-50k plus commission (OTE up to £80k)

We are partnering with a growing ERP solutions provider seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused ERP professional to build strategic client relationships, drive software adoption, and help organisations maximise the value of their ERP investment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of ERP customers, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Lead regular customer reviews, proactively identifying opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement across customer accounts.
  • Support customer onboarding, user adoption, training initiatives, and the implementation of additional software modules and solutions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while helping customers optimise business processes and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Gather customer feedback, track key success metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing software or technology role.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes, ideally including exposure to Sage X3, Sage Intacct, or comparable ERP solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced software environment.
