Equans is looking for an ERP Data Migration Manager to join the team in London on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package.

About the Role

The UK ERP and E-Proc Programme is a UKBU-wide business-led SAP S/4HANA ERP transformation programme delivering a suite of best-in-class technology solutions, best practice processes, and new ways of working. The programme is a significant investment and includes four core workstreams; Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R), and Projects.

The high-level goals of the programme are to move to a single new UK SAP S/4HANA ERP platform, working with Coupa, Palantir, and Synapse to simplify and digitalise business processes and to leverage business improvements as a consequence. This will ensure an improved user experience for all employees, that the business remains highly competitive, and that business risk is mitigated.

The programme is now looking for an experienced ERP Programme Data Migration Lead to join the team who will lead and coordinate the stakeholders to deliver the programme successfully and gain extensive insight and exposure across a highly complex and dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

The postholder will be responsible for the coordination of the data migration to sufficient quality, in a timely manner to the SAP S/4HANA solution from source to target systems.

  • Be accountable for the delivery of key data deliverables, including:
    • Data Migration Strategy
    • Data Management Plan
    • Data Definitions and Mappings
    • Migration Specifications
    • Data Migration Test Plan
    • Data Reconciliation Reports

    • Management Reporting
  • Understand key data sources and sets required for ERP Programme and coordinate the assessment of the As-Is state of these data sets
  • Coordinate the design and implementation of an approach to map and deliver high-quality data for each ERP programme release, ensuring readiness for migration to the new SAP S/4HANA ERP platform
  • Support the documentation of business requirements ensuring data requirements are articulated, participate in user acceptance testing, and ensure solutions meet business needs
  • Oversee and ensure the completion of scheduled data cleansing activities
  • Prepare and execute a comprehensive test plan to confirm data migration outputs are to specification and mapping rules. Produce test reports to demonstrate ETL accuracy is within acceptable limits and give confidence for the production migration
  • Ensure a high-quality dataset is available for migration to achieve business objectives and support business improvements
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with data owners and stakeholders across the business, understanding their data challenges and requirements
  • Project manage the data migration workstream, clearly articulating approach and plan so everyone understands it and aligning activities with overall programme requirements

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
