About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Systems Engineer to join a progressive, high-technology business that has developed cutting-edge products and is poised for expansion. This pivotal role involves leading a major ERP implementation, working closely across multiple departments including production, procurement, quality, and logistics. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ERP systems implementation and management, with proven experience in system analysis, configuration, and deployment. A solid understanding of business processes related to manufacturing, procurement, and logistics is essential. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, enabling them to translate complex technical concepts into understandable language for stakeholders at all levels. A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications in ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. Experience with data migration, process improvement, and system integration will be highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Leading the end-to-end implementation of the ERP platform, including requirements gathering, system design, testing, and deployment
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate these into technical solutions
- Managing data migration efforts and ensuring data integrity throughout the process
- Configuring ERP modules to optimize workflows, developing custom solutions where necessary
- Providing ongoing support and training to users
- Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and recommending enhancements to improve functionality
- Documenting system processes, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
