If so, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

🔹 The Role

My client is looking for an experienced ERP Finance & Transformation Consultant to join their growing team and support a range of complex ERP and finance transformation initiatives.

This is a highly consultative position, requiring someone who can operate across both finance and technology, understand complex business requirements and translate these into effective ERP solutions.

You will work closely with finance, IT and senior business stakeholders to understand existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement and support the delivery of transformation programmes across a broad ERP landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support ERP finance transformation projects from initial discovery through to implementation and optimisation.
  • Work closely with CFOs, Finance Directors, Heads of Finance, IT Directors and other senior stakeholders.
  • Analyse existing finance processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and transformation.
  • Gather and translate complex business and finance requirements into effective ERP solutions.
  • Provide expert advice across ERP finance functionality, systems architecture and transformation strategy.
  • Support ERP selection, implementation, migration, integration and optimisation projects.
  • Work across multiple ERP platforms, understanding the strengths, limitations and capabilities of different solutions.
  • Lead workshops with finance and business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Support finance process redesign, including areas such as GL, AP, AR, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
  • Work alongside technical and functional teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Assist with data migration, testing, UAT, implementation and post-go-live optimisation.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI and emerging ERP technologies to improve finance operations.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients and internal stakeholders around their ERP and finance transformation roadmap.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
