ERP Integration Architect
Location: Europe (Remote) (Polish speaking would be advantageous - not essential)
Contract Type: Full-Time Contract (40 Hours per Week)
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced ERP Integration Architect to join a global engineering team responsible for designing and developing complex integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
This role combines enterprise integration architecture with hands-on software engineering, requiring expertise in developing APIs, troubleshooting complex compatibility issues, and building solutions that enable modern platforms to integrate with legacy and ERP systems.
Working across cloud, enterprise applications, and AI technologies, you will help deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions while supporting mission-critical customer environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain API integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON.
- Develop custom integration solutions for applications and platforms not natively supported by ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot compatibility issues across legacy applications running on modern Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Develop software components and utilities using C++, Rust,.NET and Python to support ERP compatibility and enterprise integration requirements.
- Design, maintain, and enhance reusable system applications, libraries, and integration frameworks.
- Support cloud-native deployments and engineering initiatives using Microsoft Azure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI technologies into enterprise platforms using frameworks such as LlamaIndex and Semantic Kernel.
- Design and develop AI-powered automation and intelligent workflow solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Perform root cause analysis on complex enterprise application issues and implement robust long-term solutions.
- Contribute to architecture discussions, engineering standards, and software development best practices.
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience within enterprise environments.
- Proven experience developing enterprise APIs and system integrations.
- Strong background troubleshooting complex application and operating system issues.
- Experience supporting ERP systems and enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and enterprise integration patterns.

What We're Looking For

You'll combine strong development skills with a practical understanding of enterprise applications and ServiceNow integration, enabling customers to extend and modernise critical business systems.
