Software Engineer - NetSuite/ERP Integrations
Hybrid | High-growth tech company | Permanent
We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing, well-funded tech company building an AI-native platform that connects directly into customers' finance systems.
The integration layer is core to the product, not a bolt-on.
Important: this is not a NetSuite Developer role.
We're looking for a software engineer first; strong in Python, Go, or TypeScript, with real production backend experience - who happens to be strong in NetSuite.
What you'll do
- Own the connections between the platform and the ERP systems customers run - NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, and others. This isn't building one integration for one company's setup.
- You'll design connectors that work reliably across many different customers' instances at once, each with its own configuration, custom fields, and quirks. Auth, rate limits, retries, schema drift; everyday problems here, not edge cases.

What we're looking for
- Strong, evidenced backend engineering experience in Python, Go, or TypeScript
- Real integrations experience - ideally building connectors that serve multiple customers or environments simultaneously, not just maintaining one company's internal system
- NetSuite depth is genuinely valued: SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteQL all matter, but sit alongside proper engineering fundamentals, not instead of them
- Comfortable with distributed systems concepts: idempotency, retries, failure handling at scale
- Experience working with OAuth/token-based auth and API-level integration work
- Accounting qualifications would be a huge plus

- Your career has been shaped primarily around NetSuite admin, consultant, or implementation-partner work, without broader general software engineering experience.

Senior individual contributor, real ownership of a product surface, and direct customer contact, no management track attached.
