NetSuite Lead: Own the System, Shape the Business
Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a well-established manufacturing and logistics business with 30 years of success behind them. They've invested in NetSuite, and they're now looking for a NetSuite specialist to take it to the next level.
NetSuite went live around 18 months ago. The foundations are in place, and the opportunity now is to get more from the system: better data, smarter reporting and processes that work for every team. You'd be the person who makes that happen.
The role
- Take full ownership of NetSuite, developing and evolving the platform rather than just keeping it running
- Improve data quality and reporting so that sales, finance, operations and transport get real value from the system
- Lead process change: spot the opportunity, design the solution and bring teams along with you
- Work closely with the Head of Finance (your line manager) and senior stakeholders across the business

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
