ERP Lead

Up to £100,000 + Bonus | Sheffield | 4 days on-site

I'm working with a business that's about to embark on a major ERP transformation and they're looking for an ERP Lead to join at the very beginning of the journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building things from the ground up. You'll take ownership of a large ERP programme, working closely with senior stakeholders and end users to shape processes, drive adoption and ensure the new platform delivers real business value.

They're looking for someone who has experience leading ERP implementations, managing complex change programmes and influencing stakeholders across the business. You'll need to be comfortable challenging existing ways of working, bringing structure and standardisation, and acting as the bridge between technology and the wider organisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
