ERP Manager - Dynamics NAV & Business Central (Remote with UK Travel)

Location: Remote (with travel to customer sites as required across the UK)

Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 per annum

Are you an experienced, hands-on Dynamics NAV / Business Central leader looking for a role where you can truly shape client projects and develop a talented technical team?

We are partnering with a leading Microsoft Dynamics solutions and support provider who is looking for a client-facing ERP Manager to lead their technical delivery. In this role, you will split your time between strategic team leadership, hands-on high-level technical support, and driving complex implementations for a diverse portfolio of customers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Technical Leadership & Delivery: Act as the ultimate escalation point and high-level technical resource, stepping into customer projects to design, architect, and troubleshoot complex Dynamics NAV and Business Central solutions.
  • People Management: Line manage a high-performing team of 6 consultants/developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and continuous learning.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a consultative bridge between business requirements and technical execution.
  • Project Oversight: Drive the successful delivery of implementations, upgrades, and support solutions from conception to go-live, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Mentorship: Support team members with technical guidance, code/solution reviews, and career development.

What We Are Looking For

  • Deep Technical Expertise: Extensive, hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central within an end-user, partner, or consultancy environment.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record in line management, mentoring technical staff, and leading project teams to deliver results.
  • Client-Facing Acumen: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical business leaders.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work remotely while maintaining the flexibility to travel to customer sites across the UK when face-to-face engagement is required.
