Lead one of the most significant transformation programs in BaptistCare’s history.

We are seeking an exceptional Program Director to lead our enterprise wide ERP transformation, a strategic program that will shape the future of how BaptistCare works, serves customers and delivers on its purpose. This is a rare opportunity for a senior executive leader who thrives in complexity, inspires confidence across stakeholders, and is passionate about creating meaningful organisational change.

Why Join BaptistCare?

At BaptistCare, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We offer the opportunity to contribute to work that genuinely improves lives while being part of a purpose led organisation guided by our values of Inclusivity, Accountability, Compassion and Teamwork (IACT).

As Program Director, you will work alongside our Executive Leadership Team to deliver a transformation that will strengthen our ability to support communities for generations to come. You will have the opportunity to influence strategy at the highest level while leaving a lasting legacy across the organisation.

About the Opportunity

Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will hold single point accountability for delivering a large scale ERP transformation that modernises business processes, technology platforms and ways of working across Finance, People and Culture, Operations and other enterprise functions. You will lead the end to end program from strategy through to benefits realisation, ensuring successful delivery, strong governance, stakeholder alignment and sustainable business outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the end to end ERP transformation strategy, delivery and value realisation.
  • Establishing and overseeing program governance, budgeting, resource planning and reporting frameworks.
  • Coordinate design, build, integration, data migration, testing, cutover and go-live activities.
  • Manage Systems Integrators, vendors and delivery partners.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams through a complex, multi-year transformation.
  • Driving enterprise wide business transformation, process redesign and change leadership initiatives.
  • Providing executive oversight across technology delivery, data migration, integration and transition activities.
  • Building trusted relationships with executive leaders, implementation partners and key stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
