ERP Programme Director

Up to £950 per day (Umbrella)

Contract until March 2027

Hybrid Working

Ceto Talent is supporting a major public sector organisation seeking an experienced ERP Programme Director to lead a large-scale enterprise transformation programme spanning Finance, HR and Technology functions. This is a senior leadership role responsible for programme delivery, governance, business change, and stakeholder engagement across a complex organisation.

Your Experience Will Include

  • Proven experience leading large-scale ERP or enterprise transformation programmes.
  • Delivery of major technology, finance, and HR transformation initiatives.
  • ERP implementation experience, particularly Oracle, SAP, or Workday environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and governance leadership experience.
  • Experience working within public sector or government environments.
  • Expertise in programme controls, business cases, risk management, and benefits realisation.

The Role

  • Lead a major ERP programme covering Finance, HR, and Technology workstreams.
  • Build and lead a high-performing programme team.
  • Finalise and secure approval for programme business cases.
  • Develop and deliver plans covering development, testing, business change, and operational readiness.
  • Manage programme governance, risk, budget, reporting, and benefits realisation activities.
  • Provide assurance and progress reporting to senior executive stakeholders and governance boards.
