Our client is looking for a Programme Planner to own the integrated plan across all waves of an ERP implementation. You will bring together workstream and delivery partner schedules, giving programme leaders a reliable view of timelines, dependencies, resource requirements, and the critical path.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the integrated programme plan across design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, and hypercare.
- Consolidate workstream and delivery partner plans, ensuring consistent structure, detail, and scheduling logic.
- Identify and manage dependencies across workstreams and delivery waves.
- Analyse the critical path, highlight delays, and assess their impact on programme milestones.
- Establish plan baselines and control changes through formal approval and re-baselining.
- Define planning standards, including work breakdown structures, milestone hierarchies, and scheduling conventions.
- Resolve resource scheduling conflicts with workstream leads and resource owners.
- Challenge progress updates and delivery assumptions to keep forecasts realistic.
- Provide the PMO and programme leadership with clear planning analysis to inform decisions and corrective action.
