Role: ERP Project Manager | Tier1 ERP Implementation £100m+
Location: England, UK / Remote (Travel where / as needed)
Package: Market-led Permanent salary + bonus
Role:
Career defining Project Manager role, to join a global retail business about to embark on a significant ERP Implementation, in which a SaaS Tier-1 ERP will change the way the organisation operates. Perhaps the largest transformation in the organisation's history.
ERP Implementation, multi-site, 10k+ end-users, global. Suited to someone from Retail, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a physical organisation with stores / distribution centres. (Not suited to Financial Services or Public Sector backgrounds)
This isn't just another project management role. You'll be responsible for coordinating multiple workstreams, bringing together technology teams, business stakeholders and third-party partners to deliver a modern ERP platform that will underpin the business for years to come. You’ll play a leading role in the successful multi-year programme.

The Opportunity
You'll lead the day-to-day delivery of a large-scale ERP programme, ensuring projects remain on track, risks are managed proactively, and stakeholders remain aligned throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Working across both technology and business functions, you'll become the driving force behind successful programme execution, balancing commercial priorities with technical delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end delivery of enterprise ERP projects and strategic technology initiatives.
- Developing and maintaining integrated project plans, milestones and delivery roadmaps.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams including Business Analysis, Architecture, Development, Testing, Change and Support.
- Managing budgets, timelines, dependencies, RAID logs, risks and governance.
- Driving stakeholder engagement across business leadership, technology teams and external vendors.
- Facilitating programme governance, reporting and decision-making.
- Supporting organisational change and ensuring successful adoption across the business.
- Delivering projects on time, within budget and aligned to strategic objectives.

What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with experienced Project Managers who have successfully delivered large-scale ERP implementations or enterprise technology programmes.
You'll ideally have experience with:
- Enterprise ERP implementations or major upgrades.
- Complex business and technology transformation programmes.
- Managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Order-to-Cash business processes.
- RAID management, governance, planning and delivery reporting.
- JIRA or similar project delivery and work management tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative, consultative approach.
