At Genuit Group, we are focused on creating a more sustainable built environment. This means increasing resilience as buildings adapt to the challenges of climate change, while also reducing the impact the built environment has on the environment. Our purpose is to address the challenges caused by climate change and urbanisation by providing water, climate and ventilation management solutions. Together, we create sustainable living.

As a growing FTSE 250 business with global ambitions, Genuit offers the opportunity to work across multiple construction sectors within the Group and be part of shaping the future direction of the organisation.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead ERP transformation and complex enterprise technology change across the Group. This is a senior delivery role focused on delivering our 5 year ERP transformation, starting with early shaping through design, build, testing, cutover, go-live and adoption. Experience delivering ERP transformation is essential. SAP S/4HANA experience is highly desirable, but the key requirement is someone who has delivered complex ERP or enterprise system change in a business environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You will work across business and technology teams, managing stakeholders, suppliers and system integrators to ensure delivery is structured, controlled and focused on measurable business outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading ERP transformation projects or major ERP workstreams end-to-end
  • Owning scope, plans, timelines, dependencies, risks and delivery outcomes
  • Managing delivery through design, build, data migration, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare
  • Working across business process, data, technology, integration, testing, change and readiness workstreams
  • Managing stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, IT and other business functions
  • Leading workshops to define requirements, shape solutions, resolve issues and drive decisions
  • Managing suppliers, delivery partners and system integrators, including constructive challenge where needed
  • Providing clear reporting, escalating early and keeping delivery moving at pace

What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience delivering ERP transformation
  • A proven track record of leading delivery, not just coordinating activity or reporting progress
  • Experience managing integrated plans, cross-functional dependencies, risks, issues and senior stakeholders
  • Understanding of how ERP affects business process, controls, data, reporting and ways of working
  • Experience working with suppliers, delivery partners or system integrators
  • Ability to bring structure, clarity and pace to complex or unclear delivery environments
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to influence, challenge and drive decisions
  • SAP S/4HANA experience is desirable, particularly in manufacturing, supply chain or multi-site environments
