Job Title: ERP Project Manager
Location: Warton - Hybrid, 3 days on site per week
Salary: £51,772+ (DOE)

Job Description:
This role offers the opportunity to coordinate the delivery of impactful IT solutions that support the future of Air Sector operations and transformation. Working across a diverse portfolio of projects, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams and delivery partners to shape requirements, implement innovative digital capabilities and ensure successful project outcomes. From improving business processes to enabling new ways of working, your contribution will directly support the delivery of BAE Systems' IT strategy and broader business targets.
Operating within a high-profile and evolving environment, you will gain exposure to a wide range of technologies, programmes and stakeholders across the organisation. This opportunity provides excellent opportunities to develop project leadership, stakeholder management and digital transformation experience while helping deliver technology-enabled improvements that drive efficiency, innovation and long-term business value. You will play a key role in shaping future IT capabilities and supporting the continued success of BAE Systems.

- Deliver IT-enabled projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring agreed scope, quality, budget and timescale goals are achieved
- Shape and support the Integrated Business Plan, translating business requirements into effective technology solutions
- Develop, maintain and track project plans, budgets, schedules and RAID logs, solution focused project mitigation risks
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, suppliers and technology teams to ensure seamless project integration and transition into Business-as-Usual support
- Provide clear project reporting and governance updates, enabling informed strategy-making and successful delivery of strategic IT targets
Essential Skills:
- Demonstratable IT project management experience delivering technology solutions across multiple stakeholders, budgets and priorities
- Professional project management qualification, such as PRINCE2 or APM
- Considerable stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leaders, suppliers and cross-functional teams
- Experience delivering Agile, Waterfall and hybrid projects, selecting appropriate methodologies to achieve successful outcomes
- Practical experience overseeing ERP-related projects, including business change, system implementation and operational integration activities

Supporting the delivery of strategic digital transformation across the Air Sector, this team enables the successful implementation of innovative technology solutions that improve business performance and future capabilities. Working across high-profile programmes, the team collaborates with stakeholders to shape IT strategy, drive operational excellence and deliver technology-enabled change that supports long-term business growth and success.
