D365 ERP Project Manager | Long-Term Contract | UK/EU
We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 and consulting experience to lead and provide independent oversight across a major ERP transformation within a private equity-backed business.
UK-based project | Travel required
We’re looking for someone who combines hands-on D365 delivery experience with a strong consulting/advisory background — someone who can challenge SIs, assess programme health and drive senior stakeholders towards clear decisions and outcomes.

Key experience:
- 10–18 years across consulting, transformation advisory, ERP delivery or systems integration
- Strong hands-on experience delivering large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 programmes
- Experience working for a leading SI or consulting firm
- Deep understanding of D365 delivery across solution design, build, data migration, integrations, testing, cutover, change and hypercare
- Proven experience challenging and managing SIs, including delivery plans, budgets, assumptions, risks and status reporting
- Strong governance, programme assurance and recovery planning experience
- Excellent executive communication, PowerPoint storylining and board-level reporting
- Comfortable working with CIOs, CFOs, Transformation Directors and PE Operating Partners

- Hitachi Solutions, Accenture, KPMG, EY, PwC, Deloitte, IBM Consulting or similar
This is not a pure PMO role. We’re looking for someone with genuine D365 delivery depth, consulting pedigree and the credibility to challenge senior stakeholders and systems integrators.
