We are supporting a leading organization in the premium retail and manufacturing sector in the GCC that is embarking on a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP transformation program.
The program will transform Finance, Supply Chain, and Reporting processes, with the ERP Project Manager playing a key role in driving the program from strategy and planning through go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
This is a permanent full-time position based in Dubai, UAE and requires relocation to Dubai. Candidates currently based in the UK or elsewhere in Europe are welcome to apply, provided they are open to relocating to Dubai.
The successful candidate will work closely with the CFO, Finance leadership, IT, business stakeholders, and external implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of the transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete lifecycle of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central transformation program from planning through post-go-live stabilization.
- Develop and execute the overall ERP implementation roadmap, project plans, timelines, budgets, and governance framework.
- Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT teams to align business objectives with technical delivery.
- Coordinate System Integrators, vendors, consultants, and internal cross-functional teams.
- Lead fit-gap analysis, solution validation, and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Oversee ERP configuration, customizations, integrations, and extension delivery.
- Direct end-to-end data migration activities including cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
- Drive testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and quality assurance.
- Lead organizational change management, user training, communication, and business readiness initiatives.
- Execute go-live planning, cutover activities, hypercare support, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Monitor project KPIs, financial benefits realization, process improvements, and ERP adoption.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of ERP Project Management experience.
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle ERP implementations as Project Manager.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV upgrade projects.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide Finance or ERP transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of Finance processes including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Financial Reporting
- Experience managing:
- Data migration
- ERP integrations
- Testing cycles (SIT, UAT)
- Go-live planning
- Experience working with external System Integrators and global delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing project budgets, governance, vendors, risks, and steering committees.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar Project Management certification is highly preferred.

Relocation to Dubai
Please note: This is a Dubai-based position. Candidates applying from the UK, Europe, or Canada must be willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
