Sales Manager | ERP | SaaS | Business Software | Remote/Hybrid | UK

We're working exclusively with a highly respected and established software business that is entering an exciting phase of growth and is looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to lead its New Business Sales function.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales leader with experience in ERP, SaaS, Finance Software or Business Applications to take ownership of a successful sales team while helping shape future sales strategy, processes and performance.

If you've successfully managed high-performing sales teams, enjoy coaching and developing people, and have a passion for driving revenue growth, we'd like to hear from you.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for leading a New Business Sales team, improving sales effectiveness and ensuring a consistent, high-performing sales culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, motivating and coaching a team of Business Development Managers and Account Executives
  • Driving new business revenue growth
  • Developing sales strategy and improving conversion rates
  • Forecasting, pipeline management and CRM reporting
  • Implementing KPIs and sales performance metrics
  • Coaching individuals through regular 1-2-1's and performance reviews
  • Supporting complex sales opportunities and commercial negotiations
  • Working closely with Marketing, Professional Services and Leadership teams
  • Monitoring market trends, competitors and customer feedback
