They're looking for an ERP Sales Director to lead and grow the UK commercial function. You'll manage 10+ people across New Business Sales, Marketing and Pre-Sales, with a plan to grow the team to 50+ over the next few years.
They're looking for someone who:
- Has 6+ years' experience leading ERP sales teams
- Is currently with an ERP Partner or Vendor
- Has managed teams selling £400k–£1m+ ERP deals
- Has a strong track record of growing new business revenue
- Can recruit, develop and inspire high-performing teams
- Has experience selling into Manufacturing, Distribution, or Professional Services

Package:
- £150,000 Basic
- £300,000 OTE
