Own the ERP and every business system connected to it, in a manufacturer that is investing in how it works.
An established manufacturer in Dudley, now part of a European group, needs a Business Systems Specialist to be the go-to person for SAP and the applications that integrate with it.
What you will do:
- Oversee SAP and how it integrates with the warehouse, ecommerce, route planning, and CRM systems
- Be the first point of contact and escalation for users, working with third-party SAP consultants, an IT managed service provider, and the group systems team
- Understand the SAP reporting and help fix and improve reports with the group team and consultants
- Lead hands-on projects: warehouse system improvements, stock take, and barcode scanning

What you will bring:
- Hands-on SAP experience in a manufacturing business
- Experience of an ERP integrated with other business systems
- Experience of troubleshooting or improving ERP reports

The package:
- £40,000 to £60,000 + fully electric company car + benefits
- Full time on site in Dudley, hybrid after probation
