What if you could shape a career as unique as you?

At WSP, you can always find opportunities to grow and do what matters to you. Make the most of our global reach to discover new challenges and chances to work with diverse, talented individuals who will help you expand your horizons.

We are seeking an experienced ERP Specialist, Procurement to support the design, configuration, optimisation, and ongoing improvement of procurement capabilities within Oracle Fusion Cloud. The role will work with Procurement, Finance, Shared Services, business stakeholders, and IT teams to translate operational needs into practical, controlled, and scalable system solutions.

Role Purpose

Enable efficient, compliant, and user-focused procurement processes through effective use of Oracle Fusion Cloud, strong functional governance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the functional design, configuration, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion Procurement capabilities, including Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, and Supplier Portal, as applicable.
  • Analyse end-to-end source-to-pay processes, identify pain points and control gaps, and translate business requirements into clear functional solutions.
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Legal, Tax, Shared Services, and business teams to ensure solutions are practical, integrated, and aligned with policy.
  • Maintain alignment with the global ERP template and design principles while assessing and documenting genuine regional, statutory, or operational requirements.
  • Prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, process flows, decision papers, and other delivery documentation to support controlled change.
  • Coordinate or execute system configuration, unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing, including test scenarios, expected outcomes, and defect resolution.
  • Support procurement integrations and data flows with Finance, Projects, Expenses, inventory, or external applications, working closely with technical and integration specialists.
  • Assist with supplier, purchasing category, procurement business unit, approval, catalogue, agreement, and sourcing data structures, including data quality and governance activities.
  • Support quarterly updates, regression testing, release impact assessments, deployment, hypercare, and transition into business-as-usual support.
  • Investigate incidents and recurring issues, perform functional root-cause analysis, coordinate corrective action, and contribute to knowledge awcations and knowledge transfer so that procurement users, approvers, and support teams can use the solution effectively.
  • Monitor adoption, process performance, compliance, and control effectiveness, and help define measurable benefits for delivered improvements.
  • Ensure changes follow agreed governance, security, segregation-of-duties, audit, data privacy, and change-control requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
