Your new role

We're seeking an experienced ERP Systems Analyst to play a key role in the optimisation, support, and continuous improvement of critical business systems across the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong expertise in (Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar), Business Central (or similar), Power BI, and SQL who enjoys working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to enhance business processes, reporting capabilities, and system performance.

Reporting to the Head of IT Operations & Business Systems, you will be responsible for ensuring that core enterprise systems support commercial, financial, and operational objectives. You'll act as a trusted partner to the business, identifying opportunities for improvement while delivering effective solutions that drive efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Central.
  • Analyse business requirements and deliver effective system solutions.
  • Design and improve workflows, processes, and automation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and SQL-based analytics.
  • Support integrations and ensure data accuracy across business systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues and act as an escalation point.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
  • Support the delivery of system upgrades, enhancements, and change projects.
  • Ensure solutions are appropriately tested, documented, and aligned to business needs.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar)
  • Experience supporting and developing Microsoft Business Central (or similar)
  • Strong Power BI reporting and dashboard development skills
  • Advanced SQL skills for reporting, analysis, and data extraction, manipulation and import
  • Experience designing and managing workflows and business processes
  • Understanding of finance, commercial, and operational business functions
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working with integrated enterprise business systems
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
