NetSuite Technical Lead
Location: Occasional onsite travel
Salary: £75,000 – £95,000

Our global NetSuite client is seeking an experienced NetSuite ERP Technical Lead to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be heavily involved with the optimisation and diagnosis of their current ERP system, as well as leading a team of developers. Their ERP systems are complex and heavily customised, so experience in development or an IT background is essential. To be successful in this role, you must have a technical understanding (scripts, customisations, integrations) of NetSuite and experience in a leadership role.

Skill set:
- 5+ years of NetSuite experience
- Experience as an ERP solutions architect or technical lead
- A technical understanding of NetSuite: Suite script, customisations, etc. and the ability to discuss changes with Developers
- Proven ability to create project road maps and deliver them with accuracy
- Understanding of integrations into NetSuite
- Optimisation of NetSuite through Scripts, customisation and automation
- Ability to translate business processes into functional designs, guide technical teams, manage project scope, and provide strategic roadmaps for growth, ensuring scalability, compliance, and user adoption
- Retail experience would be a bonus

Responsibilities:
- Develop a road map for their current NetSuite setup
- Recommended strategic improvements with developers and third parties
- User adoption and training programs
- Deliver insight to C-Suite on recommendations for change
- Work collaboratively across wider teams to deliver change
