ERP Technical Lead (SAP/ Oracle Integration & E-Invoicing)

London (Remote)

We're looking for an experienced SAP/ Oracle Technical Lead to lead ERP integration and e-invoicing workstreams across a complex enterprise transformation programme. You'll work closely with ERP Leads, Project Managers, Business Teams, GPOs, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of SAP/Oracle ERP integrations, e-invoicing solutions, and critical project milestones.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead technical delivery across ERP integration and e-invoicing initiatives.
  • Support ERP Leads and Project Managers with technical assessments and project governance.
  • Coordinate Developers, QA, Middleware, Security, Infrastructure, and Integration teams.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, actions, and technical deliverables.
  • Prepare technical assessments, presentations, project gate documentation, and decision papers.
  • Review technical specifications, field mappings, solution designs, and integration requirements.
  • Act as the bridge between IT, Business Teams, GPOs, and third-party vendors.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience leading complex ERP implementation projects
  • Strong experience with SAP and/or Oracle ERP
  • Experience with e-invoicing platforms such as EDICOM, Pagero, PEPPOL, Tungsten, or similar
  • Solid understanding of ERP configuration, data structures, fields, integrations, and middleware
  • Experience coordinating multiple technical teams and driving delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across IT, business, and external partners
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks

  • Experience with additional ERP platforms (Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Infor, Workday, JD Edwards)
  • Global ERP rollout or Finance Transformation experience
