System Integration Test Manager, ERP Transformation Programme
A major ERP transformation is underway.
The platform is becoming the backbone of the business. Finance, operations, supply chain, and customer processes all rely on a successful implementation. Before go-live, every process needs to work as expected, every integration needs validating, and every business area needs confidence in the solution.
This is where you come in.
We're looking for an experienced System Integration Test Manager to take ownership of functional testing across a large-scale ERP programme. You'll define the testing approach, lead execution, manage stakeholders across the business, and ensure the programme is ready for a successful go-live.

What we're looking for
- Owning the functional testing strategy across the ERP programme.
- Experience managing testing across large ERP implementations.
- Strong background in System Integration Testing and functional testing.
- Experience delivering enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business process validation.
- Confidence working with third-party implementation partners and senior programme stakeholders.
