About Us
Veran Performance is a transformation consultancy that specialises in enhancing back-office functions to provide better service to business users, boosting organisational productivity, and ultimately benefiting customers. Each organisation’s transformation journey is unique, often involving technology elements such as ERP, automation, service enablement, or AI. We are looking to bring on board individuals who are passionate about:
- People-centric transformation
- HR, Payroll and Finance process improvement
- Cloud technology enablement
- Driving user adoption and behavioural change
About the Role
You will support our clients by:
- Designing and leading end-to-end training management for large-scale ERP programmes, including developing training strategies, completing training needs analysis, designing role-based curriculums, and developing engaging training materials for diverse stakeholder groups
- Recommending training solutions that fit the needs of organisations and their people
- Building and managing super-user and train-the-trainer networks, and coordinating training delivery (classroom, virtual, and LMS-based) to ensure business readiness ahead of go-live
- Aligning training and business readiness plans with programme cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live support activities
- Acting as the first point of escalation for client-side challenges, navigating sensitive situations with confidence and professionalism
- Collaborating closely with Veran colleagues to ensure successful outcomes for both the client and our team
About You

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
