Summary and Purpose
Danesmoor Group is embarking on one of the most significant transformation programmes in its history.
Over the next three years, we will implement a new ERP platform across Life Kitchens, For Living and PWS Distributors, including our Paint and Worksurfaces operations.
This is far more than a software implementation - The programme will redesign business processes, improve data quality, modernise ways of working and create the operational foundations to support future growth. Success will depend as much on business engagement, governance and adoption as it will on technology delivery.
We are seeking an experienced ERP Transformation Programme Director to lead Danesmoor's client-side programme management capability. Working alongside our implementation partner and senior business leaders, you will provide the structure, governance and delivery discipline needed to ensure successful execution and benefits realisation across the Group.
This is a high-profile role requiring someone who can operate confidently at Board level whilst remaining hands-on in driving delivery across multiple workstreams.
This is on a rolling Fixed Term Contract basis, with a minimum requirement of 18 months.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
