Job Role
This role involves supporting the ERP transformation process within the accounting and finance function, ensuring accurate data migration and efficient system implementation. Based in Wokingham, you'll play a key part in helping the business streamline its financial operations in the life science industry.

Description
- Support the ERP transformation project by ensuring accurate data migration and system integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with the new ERP system.
- Assist in testing and validating system outputs to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and review financial reports during the transition period.
- Identify and address discrepancies or issues arising from the implementation process.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on the new ERP system.
- Document processes and create user guides for future reference.
- Support ongoing finance operations as needed during the project.

Profile
A Successful ERP Transformation Accountant Should Have
- Experience in accounting and finance, ideally with exposure to ERP systems (specifically SAP S4HANA)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with financial reporting and data reconciliation.
- The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical details clearly.

Job Offer
- Hourly rate of £17.00 to £23.00, dependent on the level of experience.
- Temporary contract offering flexibility and valuable project experience.
