ERP Transformation Specialist – Employee Experience & HR Team

YOUR ROLE

As an ERP Transformation Specialist, you will lead complex, enterprise-wide transformation programmes for our clients, helping them modernise their core business systems and realise the full value of ERP platforms. Working as part of our Employee Experience & HR team, you will shape technology-enabled transformation strategies, guide clients through design and implementation, and ensure solutions deliver measurable improvements to operational performance, employee experience and organisational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading ERP transformation programmes, shaping strategy, scope, design and delivery across HR-related and broader enterprise functions.
  • Translating client needs into clear process, data and system requirements, ensuring alignment with best-practice ERP architecture and operating models.
  • Advising senior client stakeholders on transformation options, including:
    • platform strategy
    • deployment approaches
    • change impacts
    • value-realisation planning
  • Overseeing multi-disciplinary delivery teams, ensuring:
    • Strong governance
    • Risk management
    • Quality assurance
    • Integration across workstreams
  • Contributing to practice development, including:
    • Supporting bids
    • Enhancing ERP transformation methodologies
    • Coaching consultants to build capability

YOUR PROFILE

Essential:

  • Extensive experience in ERP-led transformation, ideally across multiple platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Process design
    • Data
    • Implementation lifecycle
  • Strong analytical and solution-design skills, with the ability to:
    • Simplify complexity
    • Diagnose issues
    • Develop pragmatic, business-aligned recommendations
  • Credible communicator and facilitator, experienced in:
    • Engaging senior stakeholders
    • Leading workshops
    • Guiding clients through complex decisions and trade-offs
  • Consulting-matrixed leader, with:
    • Delivery focus
    • Capacity to manage large project components
    • Ability to coach teams
    • Drive high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments

Optional but Preferred: (For consideration in supporting role)

  • Currently working in a major Consulting firm and/or industry with Consulting background
  • Proven ability to deliver and sell consulting solutions in matrixed structures
  • Experience in proposition building and delivery
