ERP/MIS Implementation Consultant

Location: Oostkamp, Belgium (hybrid + on-site with clients across Europe)

Employment: Full-time

Travel: ~30%

Education: Masters in Business, Management, IT, or related field

Employment: payroll only (no contractors)

CERM develops a cutting-edge SaaS product, using AI first principles, to redefine how the labels and packaging industry manages operations. Our advanced ERP/MIS solutions help businesses around the world work smarter and more efficiently.

As we expand our cloud footprint globally, we're looking for an ERP/MIS Implementation Consultant who's ready to sit at the intersection of software, process, and people — helping customers turn a new system into real operational impact from day one.

This isn't a back-office configuration role. You'll be on video calls and on customer floors, translating how a label printer actually works into how our software should be set up, trained, and adopted. You'll own the customer relationship from the kick off meeting and you'll be the reason a rollout feels smooth instead of stressful.

What You'll Do

In This Role You Will:

  • Lead software implementations directly with customers — through remote workshops, on-site sessions, and hands-on training.
  • Translate real labels and packaging workflows into working configurations of our MIS platform.
  • Own the customer experience from kick off through go-live and into steady-state, providing high-quality post-launch support.
  • Partner with Product Management, Support, and other internal teams so customer feedback actually shapes the product.
  • Build relationships customers trust — you're often their main point of contact during a period of real change for their business.
  • Keep your own project administration sharp: documentation, timelines, time logging, and follow-through matter as much as the technical work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
