About Us

Vinarchy. Redefining Wine.
Established in 2025 following the merger of Accolade Wines and Pernod Ricard Winemakers, Vinarchy is an exceptional global wine company committed to redefining wine.

Crafting extraordinary wines in Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Italy, South Africa, Chile and the United States, and sharing them in almost every corner of the world, we are relentlessly innovative, ambitious and imaginative at every stage from grape to glass.

Innovative, ambitious and imaginative, Vinarchy challenges the conventions of the industry to lead, shape and grow the future of the wine category.

About the Role

The ESG Analyst supports the delivery of Vinarchy’s ESG and climate transition strategy through robust data management, reporting, and analysis, with a strong focus on packaging sustainability across wine and beverage formats.

This role plays a critical part in managing high-quality packaging and ESG data across global operations, enabling transparent reporting, regulatory compliance, and data-driven insights to reduce environmental impacts across packaging, Scope 3 emissions, water, and waste within Vinarchy’s value chain.

Sustainability is at the heart of our company's vision. Our Environmental, Social and Governance roadmap is built around key pillars that address all the material risks of our business, from grape to glass. With clear 2030 objectives supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, our ESG roadmap builds on our past successes to ambitiously push our business further, using inclusive partnerships that bring shared value to all.

To achieve our Sustainability Goals there will be a need to focus on extending beyond our business and current partners, and connect with external research bodies, start-ups and government agencies to identify, develop, trial and implement new technologies, techniques and approaches.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
