A newly created opportunity to join a leading global investment platform, working at the intersection of ESG and private markets.
This is a highly investment-focused ESG role, working closely with investment professionals and senior leadership to assess ESG risks and opportunities across the portfolio and help shape how sustainability is integrated into investment decisions.
Daily Duties
- Lead ESG analysis across a portfolio of private-market investments.
- Assess climate, emissions and wider ESG data, translating findings into meaningful investment insight.
- Support ESG due diligence, portfolio monitoring and engagement with portfolio companies.
- Help develop and enhance ESG frameworks, methodologies and processes.
- Prepare high-quality materials for senior stakeholders, alongside regulatory and investor reporting.
- Partner with investment teams on strategic ESG initiatives and portfolio-level priorities.

Requirements
They're looking for 3–6 years' experience from a strong analytical or investment environment, ideally across:

- Hedge Funds
- ESG / Sustainability Consulting
You’ll need strong analytical and communication skills, excellent Excel capability and the ability to research complex topics, form an independent view and translate ESG considerations into commercial, investment-focused insight.
Compensation
Up to £120k total compensation + benefits.
