Project Manager, Sustainability & Social Impact (EMEA)

Want to lead high-impact philanthropy, inclusion and sustainability projects for one of the most recognisable beverage brands on the planet?

This one's a genuinely exciting brief.

I'm working confidentially with a globally iconic, market-leading FMCG drinks business to find a Strategic Project Manager to sit at the heart of their ESG agenda across EMEA.

You'll own the end-to-end delivery of projects spanning corporate philanthropy, inclusion, and sustainability, working directly with senior stakeholders and reporting into the VP of Legal.

THE ROLE

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation to closure, owning plans, timelines, risk and governance
  • Drive corporate giving and charitable partnership programmes, working closely with Legal and Compliance on due diligence
  • Lead inclusion-focused initiatives that remove barriers and build equitable opportunity across the region
  • Coordinate sustainability workstreams with Brand, Comms and functional teams, plus NGO and environmental partners
  • Build and activate engagement communities that bring people into the mission, not just the metrics

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

WHAT AM I LOOKING FOR?

  • 4 to 6 years in project or programme management, ideally with ESG, sustainability, inclusion or social impact exposure
  • Someone who can run multiple priorities independently, without needing to be chased
  • Strong governance instincts. Comfortable in a risk register as much as a stakeholder meeting
  • A genuine passion for social impact. This isn't a box-ticking role, it's a business that means it

WHY APPLY?

This is a rare chance to own real ESG delivery inside a brand with serious global reach and cultural cachet, not just influence policy from the sidelines. For the right person, it's a career-defining move into a business that's investing properly in this space.
