Do you have hands-on experience of ESG reporting and calculating Scope 1–3 emissions, and want to develop your technical expertise further?
We’re looking for an ESG Reporting Analyst to support sustainability reporting across our global business. Working with stakeholders across multiple sites and regions, you’ll help coordinate monthly and year-end reporting, data validation and assurance, alongside supporting climate and sustainability disclosures, ESG ratings submissions and customer requests.
You’ll bring practical experience of the GHG Protocol, an understanding of requirements such as CFD and SECR and knowledge of wider reporting frameworks including ISSB and CSRD/ESRS. You’ll also need strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the confidence to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting
- Coordinate monthly reporting across the Group
- Support quarterly ESG reporting to Senior Management and the parent company
- Work with stakeholders across multiple sites and regions to ensure timely and accurate reporting into central systems
- Support year end data collection, data validation, assurance processes
Managing external stakeholders
- Draft responses to ESG related tender questions
- Conduct first reviews of ESG contract clauses and customer requests
- Prepare presentation materials for a range of stakeholders as required
- Coordinate ESG rating submissions including Ecovadis and similar assessments

Annual report
- Support drafting of climate and sustainability disclosures within the Annual Report
- Coordinate information gathering from stakeholders across the business
- Support responses to external auditors and assurance providers
- Assist with drafting sustainability content and supporting documentation
Other responsibilities
- Support the wider Corporate Affairs team with ESG communications
- Provide ad-hoc support to the site reporting teams
- Assist with ESG projects, including climate risk assessments, process flow documentation, methodology reviews
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Essential
- Hands-on experience preparing & calculating Scope 1–3 using GHG Protocol
- Working knowledge of CFD & SECR requirements
- Understanding of ISSB, CSRD/ESRS and other reporting frameworks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Experience in documenting complex processes and methodologies clearly
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and highly organised
- Clear communicator – written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solver
- Good time management and prioritisation skills
- Commercially minded
- Proactive and self-motivated
Desirable:
- Experience in integrating new sites or assets into ESG reporting processes
- Experience in corporate reporting and/or drafting of front half annual report disclosures or other external reports
- Experience in climate risk assessments
- Experience supporting rating submissions
