Role Description
The ESOL Interact Online Tutor role is a remote, contract position focused on delivering English language lessons to speakers of other languages through online platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Planning and conducting interactive lessons
- Providing individual and group tutoring sessions
- Adapting teaching materials to suit different language levels and learning styles
- Monitoring learner progress
- Giving constructive feedback
- Maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance
The role may also involve:
- Collaborating with other tutors
- Using digital tools to enhance engagement
- Ensuring a supportive, inclusive learning environment for all learners

Qualifications
- Strong skills in English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL/TESOL)
- Skills in Online Tutoring and Tutoring, with experience using virtual classroom tools and learning platforms
- General Teaching skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and learner assessment
- Excellent spoken and written English, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are preferred
- Reliable internet connection, proficiency with common video conferencing software, and prior experience teaching diverse, international learners are advantageous
