Role Description
The ESOL Interact Online Tutor is a contract, remote role focused on delivering engaging English language instruction to learners whose first language is not English. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Planning and conducting live online lessons
- Facilitating interactive activities
- Adapting teaching materials to different proficiency levels

The tutor will:
- Assess learner progress
- Provide constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and performance
Additional responsibilities include:
- Using digital tools to enhance learning
- Communicating regularly with learners about goals and expectations
- Collaborating with ETEFL LTD on curriculum updates and best practices
Qualifications
- Strong skills in English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language
- Experience in Online Tutoring and Tutoring, with a focus on virtual classroom environments
- General Teaching skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and learner assessment
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly to diverse learners
- Comfort with online learning platforms, video conferencing tools, and basic digital literacy
- Prior experience teaching ESOL or working with multilingual learners is highly beneficial
- Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
