ESOL Tutor - Warrington

The Opportunity

Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting experienced ESOL Tutors to deliver personalised English language tuition across Warrington. Working on a 1:1 basis, you'll support learners whose first language is not English, helping them develop their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills while building confidence in everyday communication. This flexible role is ideal for tutors who enjoy adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs.

Position Details

  • Location: Warrington
  • Position: ESOL Tutor
  • Hours: 5-15 hours per week (flexible)
  • Start Date: September 2026
  • Duration: Ongoing

Experience, Training and Qualifications

We're looking for tutors who have:

  • Experience delivering ESOL tuition
  • CELTA, DELTA, TEFL/TESOL, PGCE, QTS or equivalent (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A supportive, learner-focused approach

  • Hold the Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one
  • Provide two professional references
